We recognise that each client situation is unique, we strive to customise proven approaches to your situation. Since we don't have off-the-shelf solutions we don't have off-the shelf prices.
In keeping with the Lean principles by which we live, we do however want to exceed your expectations and help you deliver the results you need, as efficiently as possible, and by demonstrating great value for money.
We will therefore:
- Always be consistent with our pricing
- Be open about the cost of your project
- Realistically advise you on what can be achieved with a specific budget
- Add value beyond the financial cost of the project.
SHARED RISK & REWARD
We have a flexible approach to costs. Such is our confidence in our approach that in many cases, we are willing to work on the basis of shared risk and reward. We can link our payments to cost reduction or increases in service levels.
We recognise that improvement is not always about making efficiencies, but if realising a cost saving is a key objective of your programme then we are happy to link our reward to the benefits you achieve. This can mean:
- You defer any payment of our fees until your savings are higher than our fees
- You pay only a proportion of our fees until the savings we identify or realise meet agreed objectives
- We work to a fixed price to achieve specific objectives.
A factor affecting price is the amount of resource you want to put into your project. If you have a high budget but no available people resource then we can have more Ad Esse people working with you. If you have a low budget but lots of available people resource we will provide a smaller volume of input but with the same impact!
